Terms of Service

1. Introduction

"ANJAS", "we" and "our" mean ANJAS. "Products", "services" and "website" are collectively referred to as the "services". By using ANJAS services you agree to be bound by this agreement. You may not use our services if you are not old enough to form a binding contract, or if you are barred from receiving our services under the law.

ANJAS may revise any part of this agreement. Changes take effect when posted on the site, and material changes are also announced by email or in the Client Area. Continuing to use the services after a change means you accept it. If you do not agree, stop using the services. Violating these Terms may lead to cancellation without refund and possible civil or criminal action.

2. Definitions and interpretation

• "Fees" means the applicable charges you pay ANJAS in exchange for our products and services.
• "Content" means information published on the ANJAS website or delivered by us as part of the services.
• These terms are not exhaustive. Any action that breaks laws, regulations or internet usage norms is prohibited. ANJAS may restrict or prohibit activity that damages ANJAS's reputation in connection with our services.

3. Security and accounts

• You agree not to access or attempt to access our services other than through the ANJAS interface.
• You agree not to bypass ANJAS security features for any reason, in particular to access systems without paying.
• You agree not to engage in activity that disrupts ANJAS services.
• You agree not to use the services unfairly, as determined by ANJAS policy, so as to load systems beyond the allocation of the plan you purchased.
• You agree not to carry out network-based attacks against any network, host or server, including but not limited to denial-of-service attacks or attempts to damage servers.
• You agree not to reproduce, resell or trade ANJAS services without a written agreement.
• Your account is your responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account.

4. Payment and billing

• There is no long-term contract or mandatory subscription; services are prepaid per the cycle you choose.
• Customers may cancel at any time, but there is no refund for the remainder of the billing cycle.
• Prices and invoices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). USD prices on the English site are estimates.
• Payment is made through the methods available in the Client Area. Methods that support recurring payments are charged automatically on the due date; other methods must be paid manually each period.

5. Recovery

Depending on the case, shared game servers can be restored up to 6 days after termination if the data is still available in our backups. Contact us via a ticket to check whether recovery is possible.

6. Identity verification

For new orders we consider high-risk or potentially fraudulent, we may require identity verification. If you prefer not to comply, we will offer a full refund for the purchased service.

7. Game server terms

• Our game server services are unmanaged. We don't install plugins or mods unless you purchase the premium support addon.
• RAM is limited according to your plan. Memory used for additional Java flags comes out of this allocation.
• Servers using CPU excessively may be suspended without warning to prevent issues for other clients.
• Disk space described as "unlimited" is subject to fair use on the node your server runs on.
• Automatic backup plugins are not allowed on Minecraft servers because they cause heavy disk usage; use the panel's backup feature instead.
• Using scripts to raise RAM allocation beyond what you purchased results in termination without refund.
• Plugins that run multiple servers on one plan (such as Spigot/Bukkit subservers) are not allowed.
• By using Minecraft services you agree to the Minecraft End User License Agreement (EULA) and related Mojang AB terms.

8. Website & bot hosting terms

• Plans labelled "unlimited" are subject to fair use for the purpose of the service type.
• Website hosting may not be used for bulk file storage, backups or file distribution.
• Bots and applications must comply with the terms of the relevant platform (e.g. Discord or Telegram).

9. Service abuse

Services found abusing the system may be suspended or terminated without prior notice and without refund. Examples include:

• Sustained, extremely high CPU usage.
• Cryptocurrency mining.
• Botnets, DDoS scripts and packet flooding.
• Torrents and pirated content or intellectual property infringement.
• Sending spam or phishing email.
• Hosting VPN or proxy sites.
• Content or activity that breaks the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

10. Cancellations, refunds and chargebacks

• All game server, Minecraft, website hosting and bot hosting plans come with a 1 (one) day money-back guarantee from the initial activation date.
• After 1 (one) day from activation, services are no longer eligible for a refund.
• Eligible refunds must be requested via a support ticket.
• The ANJASGacor addon, installation addons and domain registrations are non-refundable.
• Refunds are offered to new clients only. Clients who have purchased services before are not eligible for the 1-day money-back guarantee.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes result in immediate suspension of all your services.

11. Backups

• Automatic backups are provided according to plan features and kept for 7 days.
• If a backup is unavailable due to technical issues, ANJAS is not responsible for lost files or data. Keep your own copies of important data.
• Dynmap, large logs, mcmmo plugin data and space-heavy CoreProtect data are excluded from the backup system.

12. Free Tier

Free Tier services are provided for community and student testing, without any SLA or money-back guarantee, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

13. Limitation of liability

You expressly acknowledge and agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, ANJAS is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if ANJAS has been advised of the possibility of such damages, resulting from use of the services, unauthorised access, data corruption and the like. Compensation for service disruption is governed by the Service Level Agreement.

14. Proprietary rights

You have no right to use the ANJAS logo, trademarks or domain names without written permission.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first to be resolved amicably through a support ticket.
